Part of what makes Cleanerific an exceptional service is our knowledge and use of completely green and environmentally safe products. To contribute to a cleaner environment for you and generations to come, we take the following steps at your home and workplace:

  • We use back pace vacuums and floor HEPA vacuums with four-level filtration. They capture almost all dust mites, pollen, viruses, bacteria, and other residue and reduce risks of respiratory infection.
  • We use biodegradable cleaning products that are people- and pet- safe, bleach- and chemical-free, and devoid of artificial fragrances.
  • We use micro-fiber cleaning cloths that are more effective than conventional cloths and can be used twice as long.
  • We stay up-to-date and in compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.

Mold Cleaner and Inhibitor

Ingredients

2 teaspoons of tea tree oil
2 cups of water

Combine the ingredients in a spray bottle, shake to blend, and spray on problem areas. Do not rinse. The strong odor will dissipate in a day or so.

The spray works wonders to eradicate mold and mildew. I've used it successfully on a moldy ceiling caused by a leaking roof, as well as on a musty bureau and rug and a moldy shower curtain. Tea tree oil is expensive, but a little goes a long way. Unless you have frequent mold crises, this mixture can last for months. Remember to label the bottle!
